Finance Service Department

The Financial Service Department is regarded as the core backbone of the Municipality which provides sustainable financial stability, control and budgeting and thus enabling the achievement of various service delivery imperatives.

It provides financial services in an accountable, effective and transparent manner, through service excellence via a cohesive and motivated team. The strategic intent is to move the organization “towards financial sustainability”.

With more than one unqualified and clean audits from the Auditor General, Dikgatlong Municipality is certainly proving that it has the necessary policies and procedures in place for sound financial management. The Finance Management Department consists of Supply Chain Management, Fleet and Assets Management, Income and Expenditure and Budget Planning and Management Accounting.
